House Rules & Guest Information
CLEANLINESS & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are asked to keep personal belongings inside their rooms and avoid cluttering shared spaces. All areas—rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, and verandahs—should be kept clean and tidy at all times.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in compliance with Seychelles law. Smoking is only permitted outside the villas. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts in the garden or car park.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS
The use, trade, or possession of illegal drugs is not allowed on the premises. Alcohol abuse is also strictly prohibited.
THEFT, LOSS & PERSONAL INJURY
MacMillan’s Holiday Villas is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident, personal injury, or medical expenses caused by personal negligence or events beyond our control. Violation of house rules may lead to immediate termination of your stay.
FURNITURE & DECOR
Guests must respect the villa interiors. Do not move furniture between rooms or rearrange the layout.
SECURITY
Always lock all doors and windows (bedroom, kitchen, front, and back) when leaving the property. Please take care not to lose your keys.
TV & ENTERTAINMENT
TV service is free in all villas and includes major international and news channels.
TELEPHONE USE
Local calls are free and unlimited. International calls are not available.
WIFI USAGE
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Login details are posted in the lounge/TV area. To maintain optimal speed, please close unused apps and tabs on your devices and avoid downloading large files such as music or films.
PARKING
Free on-site parking is available for up to 8 vehicles.
WASTE & RECYCLING
Separate bins are provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Our housekeeping staff collects and disposes of waste daily. Waste is managed by a licensed waste carrier in accordance with local guidelines.
HOT WATER & HEATING
Each villa is equipped with a 300-litre solar water heating system, supplying hot water to bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor sinks.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Your safety is our priority. All villas include smoke detectors and fully stocked first aid kits that meet health authority regulations. In case of fire, exit through the designated front or back doors and proceed to the assembly point in the car park, away from the building.
